At Ermazing, responsible business means the way we build relationships every day with Employees, Clients, Partners and the communities around us. We aim to grow the company in an honest, transparent and long-term manner, combining social, economic, environmental and ethical responsibility. Our approach is based on clear organisational principles, informed purchasing and product decisions, and a willingness to subject our activities to external assessment, including through EcoVadis.

1. Social Responsibility

We create a work environment based on respect, open communication and employee participation in the company’s development. We encourage the team to share ideas, provide constructive feedback and actively participate in ongoing projects. Regular team meetings help us quickly discuss current challenges, reduce the risk of conflicts and build partnership-based relationships.

We care about safety, comfort and work-life balance. We comply with labour law, provide the required occupational health and safety training and ensure ergonomic working conditions. We enable hybrid working and flexible forms of employment adapted to the agreed working hours. We also plan a shared holiday shutdown to create space for the team to rest and recharge.

We respect the privacy and confidentiality of employee data. At the same time, we foster a positive atmosphere, team integration and voluntary team initiatives, while respecting each person’s individual boundaries and comfort.

2. Economic Responsibility

Responsible growth means building a stable company that creates value for Clients, Employees and Partners. We focus on a clear division of responsibilities and competencies, as well as efficient process organisation. Separating the stages of sales, order fulfilment and back-office support allows us to increase efficiency, reduce the risk of errors and devote more attention to Clients.

We work with European suppliers and support Polish partners, building relationships based on long-term cooperation. We also use industry portals that allow us to follow market developments, new product solutions and trends related to sustainable development. We use the company’s assets and resources responsibly, ensuring their proper use and reducing unnecessary consumption.

Our goal is growth based on quality, reliability and informed decisions, rather than solely on short-term results.

3. Environmental Responsibility

We treat reducing our environmental impact as a permanent element of Ermazing’s development. The company operates a waste segregation system, is registered in BDO and acts in accordance with applicable requirements. Waste requiring selective collection, such as used light bulbs, toner cartridges or laptops, is handed over to appropriate collection points.

We are expanding our range of products that use recycled materials, while for wooden products our offer is based on FSC material. We also aim to engage in local environmental initiatives, including small-scale tree planting. At the same time, by working with European partners and monitoring industry trends, we seek solutions that combine product functionality with increasing environmental responsibility.

4. Ethical Responsibility

Ethics is the foundation of the way we operate. We make decisions honestly, transparently and fairly, and the Ermazing Code of Ethics sets out the principles that apply in our day-to-day work. We comply with the law and internal procedures, protect confidential information concerning the company, Clients, Partners and Employees, and respond to potential irregularities.

We promote a culture of openness in which questions can be asked, concerns can be raised and constructive feedback can be shared. In our communication, we are guided by respect, professionalism and discretion. We expect duties to be performed reliably, progress to be reported transparently, and responsibility to be taken for assigned tasks and resources.

We also seek to strengthen our readiness to transparently demonstrate responsible business standards through the EcoVadis process and assessment conducted by independent external entities.

We view responsibility as a process of continuous improvement. We want to develop Ermazing in a way that builds trust, supports people, strengthens business stability and reduces environmental impact – today and in the years ahead.
